The Maple Pecan Espresso Martini is a rich and indulgent cocktail that combines the bold intensity of espresso with the smooth sweetness of maple syrup and the nutty warmth of pecan liqueur. This twist on the classic espresso martini offers a dessert-like experience with a deep, complex flavor profile perfect for autumn evenings, after-dinner sipping, or a classy brunch treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Pecan liqueur (e.g., Praline or a pecan-flavored spirit)
  • 1 oz Freshly brewed espresso (cooled slightly)
  • 0.5 oz Pure maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 0.25 oz Coffee liqueur (for extra coffee depth)
  • Garnish: 3 coffee beans or a sprinkle of crushed pecans

Instructions:

Chill your glass:

Place a martini or coupe glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Brew espresso:

Make 1 oz of fresh espresso and let it cool for 1–2 minutes (warm, not hot).

Combine ingredients:

In a cocktail shaker, add:

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz pecan liqueur
  • 1 oz espresso
  • 0.5 oz maple syrup
  • (Optional) 0.25 oz coffee liqueur

Add ice and shake:

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until well-chilled and slightly frothy.

Strain and serve:

Double strain into your chilled martini or coupe glass.

Garnish:

Float 3 coffee beans on top for a classic espresso martini look, or sprinkle lightly with crushed pecans for a nutty touch.
