The Peppermint White Russian is a festive and indulgent holiday twist on the classic White Russian cocktail. Blending vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream with a refreshing hint of peppermint, this creamy drink is both rich and invigorating. It’s the perfect holiday sipper—cool, smooth, and packed with seasonal flavor. Garnished with crushed candy canes or a peppermint stick, it’s a delightful treat for Christmas parties or cozy winter nights.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 0.5 oz Peppermint schnapps (or peppermint liqueur)
  • 1 oz Heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Optional: Crushed candy cane (for rimming)
  • Garnish: Peppermint stick or mini candy cane

Instructions:

Prepare the glass:

If desired, rim a rocks glass with crushed candy cane. To do this, dip the rim in simple syrup or water, then press into crushed candy canes.

Add the ingredients:

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice, combine:

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz peppermint schnapps

Shake and strain:

Shake briefly to chill, then strain into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
