The Toasted Marshmallow White Russian is a decadent twist on the classic cocktail, combining the smooth richness of vodka and coffee liqueur with the sweet, creamy flavor of toasted marshmallow. This dessert-inspired drink is cozy, nostalgic, and perfect for sipping fireside or as a sweet after-dinner treat. A toasted marshmallow garnish and creamy texture make it both indulgent and visually stunning.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 1 oz Coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz Toasted marshmallow syrup (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 oz Heavy cream or half-and-half
  • Garnish: Toasted marshmallow or mini marshmallows

Instructions:

Chill your glass:

Place an old fashioned or rocks glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice water to chill.

Add base spirits:

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine:

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 oz toasted marshmallow syrup

Shake with ice:

Add ice and shake briefly just to chill and mix (alternatively, you can stir).

Pour over ice:

Fill the chilled glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture into it.

Top with cream:

Slowly pour 1 oz of heavy cream or half-and-half over the drink. Let it float or stir gently for a marbled effect.

Garnish:

Toast a marshmallow using a kitchen torch or open flame and place it on a cocktail pick as a garnish. Optional: rim the glass with crushed graham crackers or drizzle chocolate syrup for extra dessert flair.
