El Diablo Cocktail Recipe

The El Diablo is a bold and flavorful tequila cocktail with a devilishly good balance of sweet, spicy, and tart. Originally crafted in the 1940s, this drink combines the richness of reposado tequila with the zing of ginger beer, the tang of lime juice, and the deep fruitiness of crème de cassis (a blackcurrant liqueur). Its vibrant flavors and dark, ruby hue make it a dramatic and refreshing choice—perfect for fans of tequila looking to venture beyond the Margarita.
