Ingredients (per serving):

  • 3 oz Prosecco (dry sparkling wine)
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Club soda (or sparkling water)
  • Garnish: Orange slice
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

Fill your glass with ice:

Use a large wine glass or a rocks glass and fill it generously with ice cubes.

Pour in the prosecco:

Add 3 oz of chilled prosecco.
