Caramel Apple Sangria

Caramel Apple Sangria is a crisp, sweet, and festive cocktail that captures the essence of autumn in a glass. Made with white wine, fresh apple cider, caramel vodka, and juicy apple slices, this sangria is light yet flavorful. Hints of caramel and fruit make it perfect for fall gatherings, Thanksgiving, or any time you want a seasonal, crowd-pleasing drink with a comforting twist.
Ingredients (Serves 4–6):
- 12 oz White wine (such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
- 6 oz Apple cider (non-alcoholic)
- 3 oz Caramel vodka
- 2 oz Triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1–2 Apples (sliced thinly)
- Optional: 1 Pear (sliced), cinnamon sticks for garnish
- Optional: Sparkling water or club soda to top
- Garnish: Apple slices, cinnamon stick, or caramel drizzle on rim
Instructions:
Prepare fruit:
Thinly slice 1–2 apples and, if using, a pear. Add the slices to a large pitcher.
Add the liquids:
Into the pitcher, pour:
- 12 oz white wine
- 6 oz apple cider
- 3 oz caramel vodka
- 2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz lemon juice
Stir and chill:
Gently stir to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours) to let the flavors infuse.
Serve:
Pour into glasses over ice. Optionally, top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or club soda for a fizzy finish.
Garnish:
Add fresh apple slices or a cinnamon stick to each glass. You can also dip the rim in caramel sauce and sugar for a sweeter touch.
