Recipe: French 75

The French 75 is a timeless, elegant cocktail that dates back to World War I. Named after the French 75mm field gun for its powerful kick, this sparkling drink combines the botanical brightness of gin with the tartness of lemon juice, a touch of sugar, and the effervescence of Champagne. It’s crisp, refreshing, and perfect for celebratory occasions.
